Due to limited resources for processing orders during this time, online orders may experience more delays before shipping.

Please contact hello@clear-moda for any questions or concerns placing your order. In accordance with public social distancing recommendations, all employees capable of working remotely are doing so.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS or the most convenient service available (and are handed off to your local postal company). You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number and you can also track your order at any time on our website.

Orders are shipped out within 1-5 business days of when the order was placed. Orders are shipping Monday-Friday.

Most tracking information stops updating once it leaves the USA or is marked as 'delivered' when it enters the destination country. It can take up to 1-6 weeks to receive your order!

Customs and import duties may be applied to orders when your shipment reaches its destination-- CLEAR MODA is not responsible for these fees. If your package has been marked as delivered and you did not receive it, oftentimes it is being held at your local post office for you to pay customs fees.

Returns

At CLEAR MODA, we try to make sure every customer is happy! If you've changed your mind for any reason, we happily take cancellations and exchanges!

Please make that you contact us before your order is shipped.

During the pandemic, we have stopped returns.

Lost & Damaged Orders

In the rare occasion, CLEAR MODA Inc. shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any services provided. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier. CLEAR MODA Inc. does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
